About Us
Hello and welcome! We are a group of four students from Amsterdam University College, currently studying International Relations. We come from diverse backgrounds, including Ireland, Sweden, Poland, and Romania, and we are united by a shared passion for peacebuilding and making a meaningful impact.
Our Goals
As part of our course Peace Lab Kosovo, we completed an intensive field-based program focused on human rights and peacebuilding in post-conflict Kosovo. Our work explored themes of transitional justice, youth participation, and nation-building. We conducted qualitative research through online interviews with peacebuilders from UN agencies, NGOs, and legal institutions, and developed valuable skills in thematic analysis, ethical fieldwork, and active listening.
Now, we are excited to bring our peace work into action.
We believe that involving youth in peacebuilding is one of the most important steps toward lasting change. That is why we are creating a website featuring stories for young girls, each one highlighting the life and impact of powerful and inspiring Kosovar women. Through storytelling, we hope to spark imagination, build representation, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
